Shipping Policy
At Dugout Drips, we know you're eager to get your hands on your new kit. We work with reliable courier partners to ensure your gear reaches your dugout as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Order Processing
In-Stock Items: We process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Pre-Orders: If an item is marked as a "Pre-Order" (specially sourced/imported), processing may take longer. Please refer to the specific product page for estimated dispatch dates.
Confirmation: Once your order is handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive an automated update via WhatsApp and Email with your tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates
We believe in rewarding our most committed fans:
Prepaid Orders: FREE Shipping nationwide on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
Cash on Delivery (COD): To cover additional handling and insurance fees charged by our couriers, a flat fee of ₹99 applies to all COD orders.
3. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, your package’s journey typically takes:
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–8 business days.
Note: While we aim for speed, delivery timelines are estimates. Factors like extreme weather, regional holidays, or courier delays are outside our direct control, but we will always help you track them down.
4. Order Tracking
Stay updated in real-time! Use the tracking link sent to your WhatsApp or Email to monitor your shipment.
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 48 hours, please reach out to us on WhatsApp or email dugoutdrips@gmail.com, and we’ll escalate it with the courier immediately.
5. Address Accuracy & Undelivered Packages
Double Check: Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are 100% accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Re-shipping: If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply to send the item back out to you.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us on WhatsApp (+91 9137246158) within 48 hours of the delivery status. For damaged items, please keep the original packaging and shipping label for verification.
International Shipping
Currently, Dugout Drips exclusively ships within India. We are working hard to bring our jerseys to fans worldwide—stay tuned for updates!
