Returns & Refunds Policy
At Dugout Drips, we bring the pitch to your doorstep. Because our jerseys are individually sourced and imported specifically for your order, we operate with a focused policy to ensure we can continue providing high-quality gear at competitive prices.
1. Order Cancellations
Window: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement.
Process: To cancel, please WhatsApp us or email with your Order ID.
After 12 Hours: Once this window passes, your jersey enters our procurement and international shipping pipeline. At this stage, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
2. No-Refund Policy
Due to the high costs associated with importing and sourcing specific football jerseys, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, "minor" color variations due to screen brightness, or if the incorrect size/model was ordered. Please double-check our Size Guide before finalizing your purchase.
3. 7-Day Replacement Policy (Damaged or Wrong Items)
While we don't offer refunds, we’ve got your back if things aren't right. We offer a 7-day replacement if:
You received the wrong item (size, player, or team).
The item arrived damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect.
How to claim a replacement:
Notify us: Contact us on WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery.
Evidence: You must provide clear photos or a short video showing the defect or the incorrect item, including the shipping label on the original packaging.
Pickup: Once verified, we will arrange a return pickup. Your replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 working days after we receive the original item.
4. Size Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? It happens. While we don't stock bulk inventory, we can facilitate a size exchange subject to availability.
Shipping Fee: Since we are a specialized store, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and the re-shipping fee for the new size.
Condition: The jersey must be unworn, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
5. Shipping & Tracking
Processing: We typically process and ship orders within 1–2 business days.
Tracking: As soon as your kit is on the move, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor its journey to your "dugout."
